I’ve been in your seat.

I’m a former Third Culture Kid™ who completed the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma in 2016. In short—I know exactly what it’s like to juggle intense international school pressures, navigate demanding education systems, and try to actually understand what you are learning instead of just cramming facts for an exam.
Geography wasn’t just another subject for me; it was the framework that explained how the world works. Where and why cities grow, how changing climates shape global economies, and why political borders don’t always align with physical realities. While critics might argue that geography is “too broad,” I realized that is precisely where its power lies. “Thinking geographically” is about connecting the dots across complex, interconnected global systems.

From IB Student to Qualified Educator

After completing my IB Diploma, I turned my passion into professional expertise, graduating with a BA (Honours) in Geography from The University of Manchester in 2020. I went straight into secondary education in the United Kingdom, training across diverse school settings, gaining membership in the Chartered College of Teaching, and achieving my Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE). My academic research specifically focused on leveraging advanced pedagogical tools and machine translation to support English as an Additional Language (EAL) learners in secondary geography classrooms.
Since 2021, I have taught students across both the UK and Poland, working within mainstream academies, specialized SEN settings, and high-achieving international private schools. This includes designing custom Schemes of Work (SoW) that explicitly bridge the gap between foundational iGCSE skills and the conceptual, inquiry-based rigour required to excel in the IB Diploma Programme.

My Philosophy: Not just what to know. But how to think.

Throughout my years in international classrooms, I’ve learned a definitive truth: the students who achieve top marks aren’t the ones who try to mindlessly memorize the most case studies. They are the ones who understand the core spatial patterns, master command words, and confidently apply geographic theory to real-world data.
That is exactly what I teach. I provide structured, adaptive, and highly interactive online sessions that translate complex geographical data into clear, exam-winning strategies—helping students move from overwhelm to absolute confidence.
